My name’s Daisy, and I’m the Head of Lending Operations and a Senior Mortgage Broker at Finspo.
 
I’ve worked in lending for more than 14 years and have helped hundreds of Australians make sense of their home loan options. I work across all sorts of lending scenarios, but I especially enjoy helping clients buy, build, upgrade, access equity or find ways to pay their home loan down sooner.
 
For me, good advice starts with a proper conversation. I want to understand where you’re at, what you’re working towards and what’s important to you. Then we can look at the options and put together a lending strategy that makes sense for both now and the longer term.
 
I don’t believe debt should be the goal, but when it’s structured properly and you understand how it works, it can help create more choice and flexibility.
 
I’m naturally organised and detail-oriented, and I really enjoy getting into the numbers, lender policies and finer details. I’ll ask plenty of questions, spot potential issues early and explain things in plain English, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening or what comes next.
 
My clients know they can rely on me to be thorough, proactive and honest. I also really value the long-term relationships I build with clients and love being the person they come back to when their plans change or they’re ready for their next move.
 
I hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and am a proud member of the FBAA.
 
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me catching up with family and friends, trying a new wine bar or planning my next weekend away.
